10 Tips for a Better Night’s Sleep Everynight – Zen to Fitness

Sunday 100 burpees 14:10
I know who that first article is for
nice article by josh everett, can many people in the gym see themselves having anterior dominance?
For those of us that work nights, i would recommend black out blinds for a better sleep. You can get the material and velcro strips in Hickeys in the square. They are pretty good at keeping the light out and tricking the aul brain into thinking it’s night time.
Yea know, the sleep tips are always great and I do most of them and still don’t get a full nights sleep without waking up at least once in the middle of the night.
But, there was an article on the site last week talking about it’s the amount of sleep cycles you get and not the continuous amount of sleep that matters.
So that has me happy out
Any more thoughts on the scheduled day for boxing ?
Thanks.
