Anybody know a good spot to get Macadamia nuts? Those things are gorgeous, I know you can get them in tesco but they are always mixed in with cranberries.

There’s no sign of yet, but that google map is linked to the exact location. Since the weather is clear today, I’ll see if I can record a slapdash video of reaching it from the M50.

Try Holand & Barrett on the middle level of the square, I’m nearly sure I saw them there.
They should have them without cranberries in some of the bigger tescos but M&S have them too.

Hmmm, two of my favourite things in that metcon. Think I might have a crack at it. Can the WPUs be kipped?
I was wondering about the pullups. I presume kipping is allowed but kipping with weight is awkward. Which is easier grab a dumbell between your feet or use the karate belts and tie on a 10kg plate?

The lads today did their WPU with a kip alright, the found the weight behind them was the most convenient.
