Boxing Workshop this Sat @ 2pm in Angel’s Boxing Gym, only €10 for the session and be great to try a new sport, and vent some frustration on the pads. If your name isn’t down on the gym can you post here so Tom can let Reg know how many will be down.

    Might try it today after deadlifting. THink my PR’s under 4.40 for the 3 rounds. 4.30 here I come!

  5. Aaaah ! Memories, memories, there are times when I miss the aul aerobics. The aul grapevines going in all directions, the side-step in a box shape, high-impact everthing and all to the count of 8. Those there the easy days ;-)

    We could incorporate it in the new gym by doing a step class using the 20″/24″ boxes :-)

  6. That aerobics video is awesome. Leg warmers should be an obligatory pre-requisite of your new gym!

  7. 500m rows are brutal. I lucked out with it being my rest day. I mean oh darn I missed them!

    You can put me down for boxing.

  8. I can’t decide whether I hate 400m runs or 500m rows more. I’d nearly prefer to do Fran. Nearly.
