With a continuously running clock perform one 60Kg Clean & Jerk the first minute, two in the second minute, three in the third, etc… Continue until you are no longer able to complete the minute. Post number of minutes to comments.

  4. On an unrelated note, it turns out that my firefighting book recommends the zone diet. not by name but 30-30-40. An actual test question asked what should NOT be eaten while working on a long fire and the answer was a banana. However while discussion nutrition with my chiro a ‘registered dietician’ offered the unsolicited advice of going as vegan as possible. I couldn’t help but mess with her just a bit even though she was old and weak.
