    100 push-ups for time 9:09

    Not my best Franley at all, way off last two times. Definitely having guys/gals beside me speeds ups my squats. They where slow, but my burpess where good (probably cos I did it on carpet ;-) )

    Can’t move arms now :-)

  2. Decided to skip the metcon in favour of playing with the sled outside. I think we made the right decision

  3. I had a 7.5 & 6.8. Bit more practice on it and we’ll bring that down. A bit more hugeness wouldn’t go astray either.
