  2. I’m smiling at the irony of the article today ‘Lack of Sleep Increases Risk of Catching a cold’ cos after my two consecutive days of legilicious training, I’d a very bad nights sleep last night, as my poor aul legs are wrecked and restless :-(

    Hey Derrick if you get stuck, I got a rope in Elvery’s at the end of Grafton Street. I tried it out this week and I did manage to get 8 double unders in a row ;-)

    Go to Mullens on Capel street in town, they sell the ropes we have in the gym. They’re about a tenner as far as I can recall. I’ve tried a good few ropes but they’re the only ones I’ve found that I can reliably double under with.

  6. Hey all.. Gonna assume that its 3 rounds of each yeah? recommended rest between rounds or exercises would also be appreciated! cheers .

  7. I’m pretty sure this one is no rest between exercises and 1 minute between rounds Paidraic, that’s generally how these thigns go.

  8. Ordered a pair of Lifting shoes from Pullum sports the other day. There was a few rumours going around that they had gone out of business. Sent them an email and it bounced back.. not good. Rang them and the call would not connect.. Oh crap!

    Tried them again on the phone and managed to get through. Got a very chirpy guy on the phone and turns out they are still doing business and the shoes were dispatched yesterday… Phew!! You never know these days!!

  10. 1 Hour Spinning—- then the wod.. score= 130.. got asked what was i doin by a lad in the gym.. track cyclist.. was kinda lookin at me as i lept about the place as everyone else was doin curls and half smith machine benches.. cool enuf guy.. said he’d check it out!!

    gotta love a bit of wat looks like random leppin about!!
