		<description>1 Hour spinning.. then scaled WOD... 7:08( 75 Kg/TJ)... followed by general technique work on cleans and front squat.. not ideal i know but bein back in the matrix is very different.. the skippin rope they had in the &#039;&#039;weights room&#039;&#039; was so short i did one single under and pretty much tripped over it.. lets just say there&#039;ll be words with management!!!</description>
