Tell Pat to get up here and train with me, I want someone to race!

Tony: Snatch 50kg, 35 HSSx3, 9 rounds + 5 squats
Jason: Power Snatch 50kg, 4 rounds + 3 squats
Pixie: Snatch 50kg, 5 rounds + 13 squats
Stephen: Snatch Balance 75kg, 8 rounds + 10 Pullups
Damien: C&J Tech work, 5 rounds + 13 squats
Lousie: Snatch Tech work, 1 round + 13 Squats (red band, 7 pushups)
Rob: Deadlift 75kgx5, 4 rounds + 10 pushups
Sue: Front Squat 30kgx5, 9 rounds + 9 Squats (red, 5 pushups)
Eve: Push Press 30kg, 2 rounds (jumping pullups, box pushups)
Pat: Overhead Squat 50kgx5, 6 rounds + 6 squats
Amro: Press 35kgx5, 5 rounds + 6 squat
Tom: 7 rounds + 10 squats
Paddy: Front Squat 60kgx5, 3 rounds
Sofia: Front Squat 30kg, 3 rounds
Scott: Snatch Balance 35kgx3, 4 rounds + 3 pushups
Grant: Back Squat tech work, 3 rounds

From the 6 o'clock class onwards, anyone who fell behind the pace did 1 min on, 1 min off for as long as the last person in the group could keep up with the round per minute, leading to large amounts of extra fun that isn't recorded here.

I'd go with Ed's idea, there is a world of second hand tvs out there which are in PWO. I got mine from some dude at work for free who was throwing out his CRT to replace it with a one million inch plasma or something. I'll ask on the bulletin board here at work for you if you want, you might get lucky and blag one.

This WOD looks killer! Mainsite says its 30 mins!
