    I wouldn’t advise abusing the coaches much more lest ye forget they program the WODs and with individualised programming starting shortly i can see a fun future for you both.

    The suprise was the visit of Pat Barber from CF HQ 4th in the CF games 2008 and all round nice guy.

  3. Where can I pick up a foam roller lads? Will you said you use a (pvc?) plastic pipe as well? Do ye find it makes much of a difference with recovery?

  4. I think the lads still have some hidden away at the gym. I find it makes a difference when I’m bothered to use it which isn’t very often to be honest. It’s a bit of a pain in the ass.

  5. Not much really, food and sleep have a much, much larger effect.

    I’d see the foam roller as more important for mobility work than recovery.

    The pipe works like the dickens, but is not for the faint of heart.
