  1. So now that I’m back home I’m thinking of moving the gym indoors (gets a bit chilly in the winter time and I have the space) therefore Calling it CrossFit CarHole doesn’t seem right. Any thoughts?

    Colm/Will, are they are any classes Friday morning ? I know they are not on during the week, but I thought I might have heard a Friday class being mentioned.

  4. I do that weird thing with my fingers when I’m running if I’m in distress. WOD3 did cause some distress.

    Turns out I wasn’t being a prima donna on Saturday moaning about tempertures and what not. I’ve been off work sick with the flu most of the week.

    So it looks like that half marathon on Saturday is a no go. Damn I was actually looking forward to it. I think I would have put in a good time. That would be without any real running other than CF bar one run two weeks ago. I also have no running injuries to speak of which both my sisters have accumlated from grounding the pavement.
