Today’s workout as RX’d 18:35 … Felt like I needed someone to compete against for this one, I slowed to a walk on the last run at times :/

The bed won out over CF this morning, I’ve had 3 days on the go though so I was better off in the scratcher. I presume we’re having some sort of judges meeting during the week? Quick chat about movement standards and whatnot? I won’t be down at the gym but either post it up here or give me a bell during the week and I’ll come calling.

Thursday at 7 will be the officials meeting. I have a page with the workouts and movement standards ready to go as well so it should (touch wood) be clear to everyone what’s expected.
I’m off to complete the workouts now just to make sure there’s no snags, will report back in a few hours.
Thursday at 7 is cool, I’ll be there with bells on.
