    I’ve a ticket for the Leinster vs London Irish match for tonight that i can’t use. I’d perfer if someone used it than it go to waste. I’ll be down at noon today and can leave the ticket at the gym if anyone wants it. Holler before then if you do

    (It should be noted that these guys were required to do a full turn out at the top of the dips)

  3. Didn’t do the second one, but did Grace properly (30kg, 4:10) waited about 30mins then the frontsquats (30kg) and ring dips (jumping negatives) 3:35

  4. Find out how much is too much Pat (you’ll know exactly when this happens, your toilet roll bill will go through the roof) and go for a little less than that.

  5. Will do, should I take it throughout the day or should I just take it all in the morning/with dinner?

  6. Typically I take it once in the morning and then again at dinner. I’ve found I can’t take my entire days dosage in one go or I feel a bit funny.
