Kyle,
hard to say, depending on what weight you chose really. At 40kg it becomes an issue of pressing ability really. The deadlifts are there to anoy you and the power cleans are light but if you begin to stall on the presses you'll find yourself doing a good number of additional cleans which beings to fatigue the forearms. You'll be forced to rest at times. As a lung burner I'd say it's at the lower to middle end of the scale, you won't be gasping for 5 mins after it.
Then again what the hell do i know maybe other people see it differently

Banana nut beer? WTF?

So how does this one rate, lung-burner wise? Linda is my nemisis and I'd like to work more on her, but I only have two bars so this might be interesting.

8:11@ 20kg. I like that workout. I probably sandbagged a bit until the 6s though. 20kg felt very light at the start but was struggling with the presses by the end.

Agreed Will!

40kg Bobby, that's pretty good going. I can rep out 40kg pretty well alright but 10,9..2,1 is 55 reps which is ALOT I don't know if I can manage that many. I might give it a go all the same though.
