  1. Ed says:

There’s nothing even remotely large or triangular in that link. I call shenanigans.

  2. Eamonn says:

Ed is my favourite irish cf’er, its unfortunate he is part of team doucebag, he is a strong performer, the indigthy of performing under the incompentency of team bobby im sure fills him with quite disdraught anguishness and sorrow he cries the indignity of acknowledeging assocaition with half docters that he screams submission to team awesome and surrenders

  3. Eamonn says:

To eh awesomeness…hmm hit enter on that by accident but stand by everything i said. Hmm someone should stop me posting when im drunk.

  4. Good luck for the comp today guys :-)

  8. ed says:

    Good luck today lads.

Haha, Eamonn, glad my efforts didn’t go unnoticed (apart from by the CIA). Not gonna be much use in Cork though what with all the oly-lifting and avoiding metcons!

  9. Tony says:

    Eamonn 11:50 (20kg/20″Box)
    Double D 17:30 ish(interupted phone call)Push ups/Box Jumps
    Dan 13:11 (30Kg)

    Bobby 10:43 (40Kg)

  10. Arlene says:

Hope the lifting was stellar chaps, am sure you aced it.

  11. Ed says:

Hmmm, I’d say this’ll do for crossfit what jennifer aniston did for the zone diet!

  12. Eamonn says:

“Eamonn – stay off the sauce son”

Right you are skipper. It’s wicked stuff altogther.

  13. Ger McAuliffe says:

Does Saturday at 2pm sound ok to met up at the gym in Mallow to do a few Wods?
It gives you all a chance to sober up etc. from the Friday night. I’ve my crew warned to be in bed at 9 pm. We cant have a bunch of jackeens coming down ‘bating’ us in our own back yard.

  14. Ger McAuliffe says:

I’ll post up the wod’s and format during the week.
It’s stuff you have all done hundreds of times before, nothing too technical, as some of my group have never done oly lifts.
    There will be 3 wods.

  15. Colm says:

Jaysus Ger! 3 WoDs!! They’d better be short and light! (and easy!)

    So, in brief.

    Snatch:
    Colm: 70-73-75
    Ruairi: 65-70-73
    Will: 75-77-80

    Clean & Jerk:
    Colm: 88-91-94
    Ruairi: 80-83-85(F) I think
    Will: 95-100-103

    Me: 2nd place at 77Kg
    Ruairi: 3rd place at 85Kg
    Will: 1st place at 85Kg

  16. Pixie says:

That’s bloody brilliant! Well done to the CrossFit boys!

  17. Ruairi says:

    My clean and jerks were…

    80-85-87(f)

    A good day all round…

  18. ed says:

Nice work lads, some serious weight shifted.

No oly lifts at Langerfest?! Oh bugger!

  19. garvan says:

Eamonn, I’m watching you…stay off the sauce son

  23. Ed says:

Nah, keep on it. I don’t want to be the only one that posts while hammered!

  24. Arlene says:

    Well done! Terrific lifting.

  25. Dale says:

    thats rocking lads well done

  26. Eamonn says:

I just checked out the fitness 100 years ago link. It seems my parents and grandparents lied to me and laziness didn’t just appear out of no where in the late 20th century.

  27. Ed says:

Lads… was it decided in the end that we’re staying in Kinsale? That is precisely 59 German kilometers from Mallow…

  28. Ed says:

    Cork is large.

  29. Colm says:

    Edward,

Ger instructed me to stay in Kinsale. Why? I don’t know. But he did.

So I asked Amy to book us a place in Kinsale.

Don’t ask me why, but there’s a lot of driving to be done next weekend.

    I can’t explain it.

  30. garvan says:

travel time to cork is only about 2.5 hours these days. mallow is about 30 mins from the city as is kinsale

  31. ed says:

    Ah, tikkedy boo. Carry on!

  32. Bobby says:

    Edward,

The Fine Gael party will ensure you are ferried to and from the venue in Mallow, do not worry.
