  1. My body is actually okayish. I reckon I’ll be in a heap tomorrow though. My hands held up well enough, I managed not to tear any skin but I got 4 sexy little blisters which might just turn into tears if I do much more on my hands.

  4. I just found out today that the 2nd of the adidas race series which I’m signed up to is same weekend as langerfest. That means I’ll have missed 2 out of the 3 races. Gosh darnit.

    The third one is a half marathon at the end of September which I’ll do. Who need’s to warmup to that anyway tis only 13 miles like. I might try not doing any running at all apart from crossfit and test out CF’s claim to producing high levels of endurance.

    There’s roadworks on Tallaght Road and the Greenhills Road today.

    If you’re coming from the M50 use the Tallaght bypass and come through Tallaght village that way. Expect delays on the Greenhills Road (the gym is just off this road, in case anyone was wondering). Hopefully they’ll clear up by the evening classes.

Sorry I didn’t make it down tonight, my hands are a mess after yesterday and are currently bandaged up, am in work for the weekend so I’m going to let the heal over the weekend and will do some WOD’s myself at home that don’t involve the use of my hands, *sigh* looks like another 5k is on the cards for me this weekend.
