		<description>Well I should have taken today as a rest day as this is the 6th straight day now but I had a chance to do a 5k in work so I went out and did one - 27:52 was my time.  I&#039;m quite pleased with it and think that&#039;s pretty ok but I would&#039;ve preferred to get sub-25, course it was my own fault for picking a route with far too many hills in it.</description>
