		<description>Thanks very much Tony, the ol carrying less weight apparently helps with bodyweight exercises! :)

Think it was actually less than 7:38, as I&#039;m fairly sure I finished a couple of seconds before Bobby.

Course Big Shane cheated, he&#039;s closer to the ground than you Tom so he isn&#039;t lifting it as high as you, from now on Big Shane has to do his deadlifts to chest level! :D</description>
