		<description>TBH there are no real surprises in the format this year.  They did a long run in 07, it was a logistical nightmare so they cut it (and all of the other events) short in 08.  Then everyone started training short and heavy, a lot of the guys on Pmenu started looking pretty smart and my guess is that CFHQ realized that the annual test of their functional movements was not as constantly varied as they liked.

My money says event 4 will involve wheelbarrows.

My other prediction is that Khalipa won&#039;t be in the top 5.</description>
