		<description>Really like the article on push ups. I use to always do some on my own after a class in my old gyms. If you tried to you some proper push ups in the aerobics class all the girls would think you where a show off and when you could only do a couple, they thought you where crap and went nah ! nah! nah ! at you. 

It was very intimidating to be anyway good at anything in gyms.</description>

You pay for it tax free over 12 months. Looks like a great offer if your employer is willing to take part......
