		<description>true dat colm, but the good lord didnt bless sky ireland with long enough ladders to put a dish on the roof of my gaff so ntl it is for me. :( ah well, this will be of much more benefit. 

I was going to do the IRFU conditioning course in july and one of their guests for the week is a German Olympic Weight Lifting Medalist and Coach, as well as a guy from the Irish Amateur Weightlifting Association. Also the week costs 450 lids, not including either having to commute to carlow everyday or stay a week in carlow. All-in-all i think tomorrow offers much better value for money</description>
