  2. Question for coach: Is it ok if I turn up at 8 this evening to work on my overhead squats? I’m working until 7 so I’d never make any of the earlier classes.

  3. Thanks for the link Pixie. Unfortunately we can’t fit you in during The Essentials Classes. If you’re around Thurs/Fri we can get you doing overhead squats then? Or 9 tonight Bobby and Will will be repairing Bobby’s floor smashing so maybe get them done then?

    Hopefully, I’ll be back to ‘beginners luck’ like last week when they wheren’t a bother.

    For anyone that doesn’t know, I’d an angry class last night at 8.

    Amy’s shoulders were hurting, so I had to stop her going overhead when the tears started.

    Bobby went inside himself, brooding, and smashed my floor. He seemed quite upset so I didn’t chew him out.

    Sue got frustrated at the double unders and gritted her teeth saying “I’m just wasting my time”.

    Paddy seemed to have fun, though.
