  1. Hey guys,
    Myself and Rob sooo wanted to get down training last night. Its months since I did deadlifts. But life went against us and it wasn’t to be.

    Will hopefully make it down saturday morn and I should get a chance to todays WOD at home.

    Have a great weekend all, the weather is suppose to be smashing.

  7. Should point out that we did Burpee-Box Jumps instead of Burpee Pull-Ups, all R*Dawg style (i.e. no stepping)

  8. Ah see now this makes a lot more sense, Tony has obviously sold his soul to the devil in some “bad mid 90′s movie starring Liz Hurley and Brendan Frasier” kind of way and one of his wishes was to be ridiculously good at CrossFit.

    His other wish was obviously to be Colm’s favourite!

    Eamonn, I watched that Snatch vid this morning, you should see Casey Burgener’s speed under the bar, it’s ridiculous.
