    I did the 12.2kg weight last night, can this be changed for posperity ? :-) Thanks.

    Also saw some of that programme on ’10 Things you should know” and I didn’t agree with a lot of it. I thought particularly the final one on exercise and burning fat was very flawed.

    Make sure you put WFS on your links that are work/family safe, and Not wfs on the links that aren’t (like yesterdays)
