Hmm wonder if Buddy Lee’s squating double unders as seen on http://www.elite400.co.uk/ would be an acceptable warm up in the gym given the current hostility to skipping as a warm up . . .
Ah, Buddy Lee…we hardly knew ye.
The girl he gets to demonstrate doubles makes them look ridiculously easy… practice, practice, practice!
The crossfit movie ‘Every Second Counts’ is available to buy online now

That’d be a good one for you, Eamonn.
Personally I’d watch it if I could download the thing. I think they would have gotten more sales if they offered a digital version.
Ya I think I might order myself a copy. I’ve been waiting for it awhile now to show my family what the hell I’m up to these days. If the trailers are anything to go by I got the feeling it was giving off an obsessive elitist vibe though which would be off putting for some. I wouldn’t mind it personally though because I’m already brainwashed, like why would you stop?
Anybody want in? I’ll put in an order in over the weekend.
Sure, Im in…
me too please
I want to get one of those Sigg CrossFit bottles so I can drink water for time.
LOL at Pixie….thet could double up for kettle bell swings.
The management would like to take this oppurtunity to gently remind patrons that any healthy individual caught doing 1kg kettlebell swings will be yelled at, and made a subject of general ridicule.
Whoever else wants in either reply today, tomorrow or to the Saturday post and I’ll put in the order on Sunday night.
