Week of rest over for my weary legs. Last stop at Osteopath this morning, so see yea tomorrow. :-)

  2. I’m a bit stiff this morning after the run but nothing a few heavy squats can’t cure I’m sure.

  3. Burpees were jumping to touch the girder today.

  4. Regarding yesterday’s photo–Deirdre may be the fittest female in Ireland but let’s hear it for Scott holding back that car all by himself.

  5. not a bad day, a very uncool failure @ 105kg, and my God I hate girder burpees.Nothing more other than roll on tomorrow.

  6. Gotta say I’m very impressed with the standard of everyone’s self-policing on form today, lot of voluntarily repeated burpee-jumps going on.

Now if we could just get Bill to stop doing kipping bench-presses…

  7. Fair is fair Derrick, and that’s why your my favourite. (But don’t tell anyone)
