Absolutely great photo, I definitely felt his pain on that workout.
Well I’m already into day 22 of my Zone/Paleo no cheating, no sugar and no grain challenge. However I’m going for 40 days (Jesus style!) followed by 1 cheat day as opposed to 100 days, then another 40 days etc etc until I hit my target weight. An increased Pixie presence at training should help this along as well!

Cry standing on a box for time? Anyone that competed on Saturday know’s the pain I felt there. Those burpee box jumps were an absolute killer.

Hey guys, I had a go of this today …
100kg-110kg-115kg-120kg(PB)-125kg(f)
I mangled my wrist dumping the 125kg attempt so had to give the pushups a miss, off to ice it now, hopefully it’ll be grand in the morning
