  1. I would be rather interested in a pair of KSO five fingers.Had a great day on saturday but I am sore from head to toe today.

  2. My god , my arms and legs are still killing me but they’re sore in all the right places. I had a great time on saturday just like everyone else. There was such a great atmosphere throughout the day and a lot of good encouragement and there was no egos involved which is one of the things that makes CrossFit such a good place to be.
I’d like to thank Colm, Will, Ames and everyone else for allowing me to be a part of it
P.S. the pic. of Tom and Jeff hugging is priceless. Also, i’d like to thank ruairi for hitting colm with the medicine ball.

  3. Saturday was a thoroughly enjoyable day. Im not normally used to people shouting at me during a workout. it was very nice to meet all the irish crossfitters and future ones. looking forward to another event. keep working hard guys

  4. Thanks to everyone for organising a great day. I really enjoyed it, Please do it again soon. As Paul said, it’s great there’s no ego’s involved just everyone giving it their best.
I’m off to practise my double unders and buy some roids.

  5. I’m with Ger on this one. Steroids and double-unders for all!

Miraculously and mercifully appear to have evaded any significant pain but feeling a little secondhand nonetheless. Think this is gonna be a slow week!

  6. Good time on the second workout, Ger!

I seem to have avoided any DOMS from Saturday…

…Does that mean I was sandbagging?
