Massive thanks to Dominic from The Transformation Catalyst and Mick from Irish Lifting for their help and support in running this event.

and here we go….
It’s on!
Before the Storm, let me thank you all. It’s an absolute pleasure to be your coach.
Thanks to Tom for all his advice and hard work so far.
Thanks to Derrick for coming in this morning without any sleep and working hard for us to clean up the gym.
Thanks to Tony for the Deathmatch Trophy.
Thanks to Ames for the admin work she’s still doing and will be doing tomorrow. Amy, you’re lovely
Thanks to Jeff for goading Tom on, without you guys none of this would have started.
Thanks to Bobby for the bit of carpet and the gate. Not sure where to put them but it’s the thought the counts.
Seriously, thanks to everyone. I hope to be in bed in an hour, everything ready to go.
Thank you for the music.
That trophy is the single greatest thing I have ever seen in my life.
Game on!!
Nervous, but exciting. Need any help when I get down, give us a shout.
I had a six block breakfast to fuel me through this … Will I reget it? Only time will tell.
Incidentally… Kirk Vs Spock: Surely Spock has the edge- even though he’s only half Vulcan, Vulcans are stronger than humans, and Kirk’s fighting style is really predictable- all haymakers, karate chops and judo sacrifice throws.
Tom versus Jeff, harder to say. Tom does look Vulcan if you squint.
I dunno Ruairi, Kirk may have the edge, those Karate and Judo chops can be devastating….

Good luck to all today
I want to wish everyone the very best of luck today.
Tom kick Jeff’s ass, just tap into the Gannon rage/stubborness and you will beat him no problem
Colm Broke the trophy…………
cheers guys and girls for a great day and i am sure i will be back again real soon to bring the pain.
Bring more of those flapjacks too, Dominic.
Great day lads. I feel like i was hit by a car today…Looking forward to the next annual or biannual Crossfit Ireland Games. We will have to come up with another Vs event to replace Tom and Jeff…..I’m thinking Old Man Tony and Whippersnapper Booby.
Yeh Dominic bring some more flapjacks and definitely another competition, they are great craic and focus the training a bit better,
Bobby and Tony definitely be fun, me and Jeff to pick the workout
Thanks for a great day. It was nice to put faces to names. I was impressed by some of the performances from crossfitters and non crossfitters alike. Nice to see the non crossfitters giving it a go and stepping outside their normal training. We should defiantly try to do this again real soon.
So who won? How did the trainers manage?
