Hey look at this, i’m the first one to post but i do have a bit of an unfair advantage given the fact that i’m working the night shift right now and i’m on break. Hopefully i can stop by this morning ‘cos this workout seems like a real good way to kick-start the bank holiday weekend and i feel bad about missing so many workouts this week.
Oh,and Will u were right ‘X-men origins- Wolverine’ wasn’t that impressive.
On night shift this weekend, so after sleeping I only have about 3 or 4 hours to play around with before I’m back into work, I usually spend a bit of time getting food together for the next night shift so don’t have a whole lot of time for a WOD, but I squeezed in a slightly modified version of Tuesdays WOD, 5 Rounds for time of 100 single unders and 15 press-ups (no pull up bar I’m afraid!), Time: 10:04, kinda slow I thought, the press-ups killed me, think I should’ve waited till after I’d shaken this cold but oh well it was good to do something. Catch you guys Monday when I’m off shift!
Thanks for the link guys!
Cool site you have here, Im gonna bookmark it!
