  1. Hey look at this, i’m the first one to post but i do have a bit of an unfair advantage given the fact that i’m working the night shift right now and i’m on break. Hopefully i can stop by this morning ‘cos this workout seems like a real good way to kick-start the bank holiday weekend and i feel bad about missing so many workouts this week.
Oh,and Will u were right ‘X-men origins- Wolverine’ wasn’t that impressive.

  2. On night shift this weekend, so after sleeping I only have about 3 or 4 hours to play around with before I’m back into work, I usually spend a bit of time getting food together for the next night shift so don’t have a whole lot of time for a WOD, but I squeezed in a slightly modified version of Tuesdays WOD, 5 Rounds for time of 100 single unders and 15 press-ups (no pull up bar I’m afraid!), Time: 10:04, kinda slow I thought, the press-ups killed me, think I should’ve waited till after I’d shaken this cold but oh well it was good to do something. Catch you guys Monday when I’m off shift!
