Is a 20kg range acceptable ie from 80-100, or would that still be too big? 

Also what&#039;s the reasoning behind it? Obviously if you add the totals 5x90 is way more total kg lifted than &quot;lighter-to-heavier&quot; so you have done way more(funnily enough i was wondering about this myself before). But does that mean that the lighter-to-heavier exercises was without benefit, or a fraction of the benefit? Or is it just crossfit being plain old mean about it and making you work harder? Just curious because looking back at my own records i have about a 20kg range from first to last and am wondering if i have been misplacing my efforts.</description>
