Hey all, sorry havent been about here for a while.. still trainin away dont worry but the ” summer in galway” mentality is seriously kickin in which is makin for plenty of indiscipline…. thought this might make for some interesting debate plus thought it was a funny effort by welbourn..
good job on the qualifiers will by the way.. they looked like some serious beasts..better luck next year man..

On the overhead squats I only got 2 reps on the 40 kg set.
