Just do wall squats and you’ll never look happy in a photo.
I will not be down today so I did a mini work out at home.
Warm up 3 rounds of 10 press ups/sit ups/back extension then
100 squats for time 4:41
Colm, If you really hate the skipping thing then why not kill it off with kindness and design a skiptastic work out.That should do it !
