  1. I will not be down today so I did a mini work out at home.
    Warm up 3 rounds of 10 press ups/sit ups/back extension then
    100 squats for time 4:41

    Colm, If you really hate the skipping thing then why not kill it off with kindness and design a skiptastic work out.That should do it !
    Oh and let me know when its on ,I like skipping so I’ll be wanting to miss it!

  2. I’m sorry Colm, this is partly my fault. Bringing the bandana back only served to ingrain skipping into the minds and hearts of CrossFit Ireland.
