  2. One thing of note from today; I can see the standard of peoples abuse is rising alongside their lifts. Top class work folks.

  3. Squat Cleans- 95kg for 3
    Row 250m 10 burpees 10 ring dips
    20 mins for rounds
    8 rounds, row 250m 10 burpees 10 ring dips
    lost about 20 to 30 seconds a round from rower to free weights area but happy enough

  4. I got 4 pull-ups earlier today :-)
    Legs are very sore from the last two days but the knee is no worse.
    I wont back til Wednesday next week.
