How Do You Repair Your Immune System After A Lifetime (Or Just A Few Months) of Damage?

Todays Article is really good. Contains nearly all my views on health and eating. Printing it off now to give to my Dad as he’s always getting sick.
@Will
Whats the name of that magnesium stuff from the i-herb shop?
http://www.iherb.com/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=5121&at=0
Also available in a host of flavours. Personally I think the orange is rotten but that’s just me.
Anyone else think that photo looks like one of those Jane Fonda dumbbell videos?
Funny that, I have been so sick the last week can’t taste or smell anything at all! Someone in the gym told me I was going to get sick due to my bad eating habits!! If only I could remember who it was!
I’ve being sick a fair bit the last few months i must have a read of this article
Yeah, I really enjoyed today’s article. After Saturday I think I’m going to start taking Will’s advice on diet a bit more seriously, as anyone who was there will have no problem understanding :>. I’ve been sick on and off since Christmas it seems and it’s really beginning to get me down.

CHECK out those runners…….
That workout was nasty,
Tom, your face is nasty.
But yeah it was, very bad indeed. I think I just missed you on sat, I wanted to ask you what the hell those bandana things were that you linked to the other day.
As a less than interesting side note the combination of GB WOD’s and a sub zero car hole means that I don’t sweat any more. Not a drop.

It was a cool and very macho bandana Bobby, I know you have a few for all your skipping
Nasty face……. I’m gonna whoop your ass when I see you on saturday,
In other news Loud John aka the elbow breaker is making his triumphant return for April. I cant wait,
I may have one or two Tom….. They’re obviously purely for the skipping, its not like I wear them around or anything….
Course you dont….. I’v seen you, big sunglasses, manbag, your “dog” trixibell and mincing around the place,
Kids these days,
Are you heading up on saturday?
I know. I’m a disgrace to Team Coppers.
I should be up, it’ll be for the 11am class though, I’m out the night before at a fundraiser.
And trixibell IS a dog, just because she feels more comfortable sitting in my bag than walking on the ground is no reason to insult her.
