    Liam: Sets of 5 on the deadlift, 50-50-60-60-60

    Despite the clean diet and magnesium and the distinct lack of alcohol over the weekend I unfortunatly didn’t manage to make the gargantuan leap from the green band assisted pull ups to rx’d pull ups as posted from the lunch time session above. Now i am forced to publicly declare my lack of pull up prowess instead of having it lurk in the shadows constantly stalking me!
