		<description>So due to various injuries I&#039;ve been trying to do the Gymnastic bodies WOD&#039;s for the last week or so.  Man, if you want to be humbled, give one of them a try.  I mean chest roll to handstand?  20 minutes of handstand walking?  You gotta be kidding me.</description>
