That’s right, Ice….man. I am dangerous.
So due to various injuries I’ve been trying to do the Gymnastic bodies WOD’s for the last week or so. Man, if you want to be humbled, give one of them a try. I mean chest roll to handstand? 20 minutes of handstand walking? You gotta be kidding me.

This gymnastics malarky is just gonna be plain humiliating. Should make for some funny video’s though
