		<description>Tom - Not too bad, I&#039;m enjoying it actually, feel good and it&#039;s not too bad to prepare the stuff.  The weight hasn&#039;t exactly been flying off but then again it has only been 3 weeks and I&#039;ve probably been eating a bit too much fruit and so I&#039;ll have to switch a bit more to veg but other than that it seems pretty ok.</description>
