		<description>Got sidetracked, no WOD today for me.

I&#039;m going down to the gym tomorrow a little before 12 if anyone wants to work out (cleared it with the boss). I gather lunchtime training sessions will kick off officially next week.</description>

		<description>OK, so am I right in thinking that the dumbell movements are done with a dumbell in each hand and each rep is like a mini bear complex i.e burpee on them, then squat clean and so on...

Then tying on and off the weights for the pull-ups?</description>
