Just in case anyone hadn’t heard; I tapped Colm today with an armbar. Just so you know.
For shame, that’ll teach you to skimp on your bicep kurlz Colm!
Yes. Because all that stands between me and Reilly is his puny bicepts…
Anyone watch the mainsite vid today? Coach ripped off our idea for the 3rd round of the Tom v Jeffmatch!
We are totally on the same wavelength…
Well, seeing as he’s a personal friend of ours…
Good day down at the gym on Saturday, although people just tended to stroll in whenever they felt like, very CrossFit Mount Baker-ish
Row times
Ames – 2:13.8
Bobby – 1:32.5
Jeff – 1:37.7
Paul – 1:43.0
Scott – 1:41.3
Thrusters
Ames – ??? (somewhere around 22.5Kg I think)
Paul – Maxed on 72.5
Bobby – Maxed on 75Kg (ugly as sin) and then armbarred me the way Jim showed him
Jeff – Overhead Squat work with the Oly-bar
We’d also Louise and Tony down for their first taste of CF. 21-15-9 of Deadlifts and Box Jumps/Steps
Louise – 10:03 (20Kg/16″)
Tony – 8:15 (40Kg/24″)
I’m pretty sure my row time was 1:33.5, not 1:32.5. I may as well be honest about it. Though I would like to be wrong.
