  1. Must get around to making one of those. I forsee problems, what with the lack of american sized rashers in the stores here. It looks like a swiss roll with meat.

    Anyhoo, Ruairi – When I was saying more food might be helpful with surviving the BJJ sessions, I was thinking in terms of amping up your fat multiplier rather than the number of blocks you’re on. Go to x2, if not killing it, go to x3 etc

    I can recommend a few of my favourite “sippin’ olive oils” if you find yourself far north of x4.

  3. Thanks Ruairi, I will be holding onto that recipe for the summer. It will be interesting to see how bad i feel after four or five bites.

    Hicks in Dun Laoghaire would be the place to pick up your rashers for it.

  4. Ah, Hicks. The recent pig fiasco had them locking their gates for a couple of days.

    When that meat scare happened there were a few guys at work so desperate for their usual fry-up that they sat around brainstorming about who would be willing to sell them contaminated bacon and sausage on the sly.
