Bye Kyle, (The).
Hope to meet you again soon
Going back to Starting Strength sucks. I forgot how tired the program makes you for the rest of the day. Tomorrow morning should be fun too. Its been a while since I’ve done heavy back squats so I imagine my stair-navigating abilities will be quite reduced.
Oh and good party on Saturday, hope you enjoyed it Kyle!
Big Welcome to Kev, who tried CF tonight. They only get faster and heavier from here dude!

I think that is the first one I have done as rx’d. I will be aiming to do alot more like this,
I see you have made a kettle as an addition to the gym, reckon it will come in handy
Think I have a kip, got a few done last night, will be working on that during warm ups each time now,
