That’s not a smile. A half-smile at best. More like a smirk, perhaps.
nice gloves, they would match your socks Colm
That’s the angry, out-of-breath smile, the I don’t know why I do this smile, the leave me alone or I’ll kill you smile.
And Jonny, Ames is actually wearing two pairs of gloves.
Nice gloves Ames,
Everyone me, jeff and loud john are doing the calcutta run if anyone else is interested let us know, will be fun and we can go on the lash after…….

Hmm.. was thinking about it as I got the circular. Did it a couple of years ago and if I remember rightly there is a good aul hill climb near the beginning
The BBQ after is nice.
Of course the interesting thing is that those gloves do match her purse.
Tom–orphanages in calcutta? It’s good thinking to pick a charity that will make everyone who doesn’t do the run will feel like a complete cock. Well played sir, well played indeed.
Hey Kyle,
Hows tricks? Only a “gobshite” would feel like a cock for not doing it, its really just a good 10km benchmark and we can help out a charity at the same time,
Entrance seems a bit steep, might be hard for everyone to raise what they’re expecting, or will they accept any and all donations?
There’s also the Great Ireland Run, Sunday April 5th.
It says in FAQ’s that they do expect everyone to raise it,
Yeh that Ireland one looks good, and you get a tshirt
Welcome to Damien, who had his first taste of CrossFit tonight, showing some good promise on the Olympic Lifts already

Re: Yesterday – You know, I was going to weigh in today in defence of the Zone, but Sears has now lost me. What the hell is toxic fat?
I’m away to get a mars bar.
Oh, and thank you Scott for the comedy tonight
“Lot of technical failures going on here tonight”
I got 80 on the split jerk and then failed at 85 … Not one of those technical failures but rather more of the ‘drop it on the floor’ variety.
The Addidas 5 miler is a good one also, as you are supposed to do at a fair speed. Though it’s up some of the back hills in Phoenix Park which are a killer.
The Great Ireland Bupa run is also up the back hills. Ouch !
All the free t-shirts you get for these events are great for training in
I might just pick a few runs, space them out and see what sort of improvements I can make,
I am going to look up crossfit running wods and see what I come up, I feel a treadmill whilst not ideal is essential as I have a terrible habit of not pushing myself,
