Team 10 am skipped the L-Seat and took as long as possible for the warm up. This WoD was gonna suck.

Managed to do the workout this morn. Boy it was tough, especially with the oh ! so fabulous gale force winds I was running in
Anyways, my time we 23:58 (10kg).
Enjoy the UFC tonight, even though looking out the window at the mo, it’s a day for staying in with a big fire and some nice food.
Geizuss Phuque it’s cold out there. I just went for a run in Phoenix park and it was an absolutely miserable, miserable experience. I got around 5k in around 26 minutes. Lot’s of room to improve for that sub 20.
