  1. So as a random suggestion for a new CrossFit slogan how about – CrossFit – if it was easy it would be your mom!

    :)

  2. Colm, if you don’t call dibs then I think Crossfit Car Hole just got it’s first t-shirt.

  3. interesting article, close to my heart as i’ve had to go back to physio for my shoulder again. She has me working on flexibility and positioning of my shoulder

  4. You should do it. Another oppurtunity to tell those pesky housewives to hit the deadlifts and eat plenty of beef :)

  5. So at lunch just now I ordered some cheesey potato thing and chips as my sides. The girl behind the counter whom I’ve never said a word to told me, in her lovely accent, ‘is strange for you, usually just vegetables.’ I handed her my cell phone and tried to get her to ring Will and explain this, but she wouldn’t go for it.

  6. Pistol: 27.5 power snatch and OHS

    Shane: 25 for 2, 27.5 for a few singles

    John: 35Kg power snatch x 2

    Tom: 35Kg power snatch x 2

Both John & Tom still couldn’t squat since Charlie Murphy.

  7. Ok, now my post was just a small paleo-related anecdote. Not overly interesting, not terribly clever, certainly not of note. But really was it so bad as to kill the comments for the entire day? Seems a rather disproportionate response to me.
