Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20Kg
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 9Kg
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

  1. Well done Ciara! I wish my lifts looked as good as some of yours do. And I’d say you’re plenty strong enough for double your current PR, just keep drilling the technique.

  3. Ouch Bobby….

    Did a kind of odd Tabata-

    32 intervals, 8 exercises, 20 secs on, 10 off (double unders, kettlebell swings 24kg, thrusters 40kg, sit-ups, hang power cleans 40kg, lunges, sumo deadlift high pull 24kg, push jerk 40kg)

    Total reps 269, surprisingly close to a regular tabata something else I thought, although you can score pretty well on lunges, light sdhps and whatnot.

    I guess imitation is the biggest form of flattery?

    Oddly enough I went to a two-day seminar in Glasgow a few years ago with the guy who is behind this, Scott Sonnon. He is probably best known for advocating clubbells (indian clubs). At the time I was in terrible shape, I went to day one and that night we got sidetracked until about 4am and I never made day two.

    That TacFit thing looks interesting. I was expecting some chap in combat fatigues spouting some secret knowledge about how the SAS become well ‘ard.

    Actually I’d prefer that.

  6. My internet service provider seems to have just remembered that providing an internet service was actually a rather central part of our contract. Splendid!

    I’ve been suffering from internet withdrawl and living primarily inside the xbox as a coping strategy.

    Regularly scheduled comment board crankiness should be resuming shortly.
