Ok this is from the Byers blog Will linked a few days back. There are very few things I read that make me laugh out loud at work…

You people shouldn’t leave Kyle alone when he needs people to post. I mean, look what happens. New Year’s Resolution people, to post every day.
Anyway, scores:
Ruairi: 43-52-74-113
Eoin: 18-40-58-85
Damien: 20-45-80-108
Bobby: 44-40-80-107
Hmm. I could take 28 of them apparently.
However, wonder if these are underclass five year olds who play with rats and in burned-out cars on wastelands, or the more normal / friendly variety.
Was flicking around on google looking up tabata something else and came across somebody saying that OPT’s score was 551. Ouch. I managed 271. Rob Miller gets 350 on the main site but he’s doing GHD situps. I was thinking about it and I reckon the highest possible score is somewhere near 640, that being 20 reps in each section for each exercise.
In other news I’ve found out that tabulating tabata results and producing graphs and other semi useful statistics is actually more hard work than the tabatas themselves.
