  1. Interesting… When we did roughly this metcon with longer time durations and pull-ups and med ball cleans they were different enough exercises that they kind of acted as rest for each other. These double unders and thrusters, not so much. Both windsuckers.

  3. Man, I’m back, my office is empty and so I have the opportunity to post, but nothing interesting to say.

    Ok, it may not be timely, and certainly not CF but last night I watched a bit of Love Actually and given that the Irish consider non-Christmas themed movies to be traditional ‘Christmas’ movies (e.g. Chitty-Chitty Bang Bang, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) and its still almost Christmas, I’m curious what everyone’s pick for best ‘Christmas’ movie is.
