  3. Man, what is it with me and US affiliates? First there was my shameful performance at Crossfit Coronado, now I just finished Tabata something else at Crossfit 801. I actually had to stop for the last two rounds. Just…couldn’t…go…on…

    Oh the ignominy. I’m not representing the CFI name very well.

    Ruairi: 12:28 as rx’d
    Big Shane: 13:41 as rx’d
    Ames: 18:38 (15Kg/20″)
    Karen: 19:33 (15Kg/18″)

    Don’t have all the OHS scores but Karen got a PR of 23Kg for 3 – well done!
