  2. Wow- I’ve got a serious case of DOMs from the medicine ball clean / pull-up workout. I haven’t had my legs go to jelly walking down the stairs since practically the early days.

  3. Yeah it’s particularly good at inducing FYU itis alright. Forgot to photo the white board so I’ll get the scores up Monday, but the New Year is gonna herald some serious fitness, and true knowledge if Ed will allow us.

  4. Careful with that truth stuff Colm, it’s bad for the head. I think we should forget I ever discovered it!

    In other news: the filthy fifty cannot be described using mere words. Anyone who tries to do so has never done one!

  5. I’ve got plenty of words I could describe that thing with…but Momma says if you aint got nothing nice to say, you shouldn’t say nothing at all.
